PRIVACY POLICY FOR EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATES

This Privacy Policy explains how the joint-stock company for the production and trade of mining products "POBJEDA-RUDET" Goražde collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data of employment candidates. 1. Types of data we collect - First and last name - Date and place of birth - Gender - Contact information (phone, e-mail) - Education and professional qualifications - Information on previous work experience - CV, motivation letter, and accompanying documentation - Health information necessary for assessing the ability to work in certain job positions - Other data voluntarily submitted by candidates in their application. 2. Purpose of processing: maintaining records of candidates who applied for employment for the purpose of: Selection and qualification assessment, - Assessment of health status for certain positions in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Occupational Safety, - Assessment of professional skills and work experience, - Selection of candidates and possible establishment of an employment relationship. 3. Legal basis for processing - Labour Law, - Law on Occupational Safety (especially provisions regulating workers’ medical examinations), - Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Employer’s internal acts related to labour relations and occupational safety, - Legitimate interest of the employer to assess the suitability of candidates for a specific job position. 4. Data retention period Data is retained for a maximum of 24 months after the completion of the selection process, unless the candidate provides consent for longer retention. 5. Candidate rights Candidates have the right to access their data, correct inaccurate data, delete data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing, all in accordance with applicable laws. 6.
